By browsing hungrybox.in you agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt, copy or misuse any part of it. All brand names, logos, photography and menu descriptions are the property of Hungry Box.
Menu, pricing and availability
Dishes, prices and nutritional values shown are indicative and may vary by outlet, season and time of day. Items may be unavailable without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Offers and combos
Offers run for limited periods, cannot be combined with other promotions unless specified, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Combo components cannot be substituted across categories unless mentioned.
Ordering and delivery
Online orders placed through delivery partners are subject to those partners' terms, delivery times and refund policies. Hungry Box is responsible for food quality at the point of handover.
Franchise enquiries
Submitting a partnership form does not create any agreement, reservation of territory or obligation on either side. All partnerships proceed only after a signed agreement.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate but do not accept liability for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Pune, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
